They farmed in the Papillion, Nebraska area from 1899 to 1917. In 1917 they moved to Papillion, Nebraska and retired from farming in 1921. Later, they moved to Los Angeles, California
Matilda and Adam had two daughters:
Blanche born April 11, 1902, died May 26, 1989
Hazel born May 18, 1913, died November 1, 1989
Adam died November 20, 1865, Matilda died October 2, 1973 and both are buried in Hollywood Hills Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
