George married Eva C Lutz on Feb. 6, 1901. They had two known children: Amos and Elsie. Eva was killed in 1925 at the age of 55 years when her car was struck by a train at a railroad crossing. George died 25 years later in Blair, Nebraska. They are buried beside each other in Sarpy County.
