ROSENBALM, BYRD BLOUNTVILLE, TN -- Funeral services for Byrd Rosenbalm will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Earl Miller officiating, assisted by Rev. Bill Reeves. Burial will follow in Rooty Branch Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Randy Rosenbalm, Billy Rosenbalm, Bill Goforth, Ray Taylor, Danny Taylor, Mike Abel, Wayne Bledsoe and Sammy Carrier. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Gilliam, Frank Cole, Hugh Crain and Bill Guy. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Weaver Funeral Home. Mr. Rosenbalm, 86, died Jan. 8, 2001, at Greystone Health Care Center. He was a native of Sullivan County, a retired farmer and a member of Island Road Evangelical Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bonnie Offield Rosenbalm; daughters, Mrs. Jimmy (Carolyn) Hawkins and Vickie Rosenbalm, both of Blountville; sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Linda F. Rosenbalm, Blountville, Glen and Linda B. Rosenbalm, Bristol, TN., Earnest Rosenbalm, Blountville, and Ralph Rosenbalm, Blountville; brother, Caleb Rosenbalm, Bristol, TN; and grandson, David Rosenbalm, Blountville.
