She was one of thirteen children of James and Charlotte Keenan Murray. Her brothers, Barney, Patrick, Thomas, John, Henry and Walter Murray and her sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Lantry, Mrs. James Scanlon, Miss Charlotte and Miss Jennie Murray have all passed away, also two babies who died in infancy.
Mrs. Daly was born at Brasher Settlement on 9/20/1852. After her marriage to Mr. Daly, they purchased a farm on the
Brookdale road, where their five children were born; Margaret (Mrs. Mackey) of Watertown, Walter P. Daly, 833 State St. and Patrick L. Daly of 520 Mundy St., both of Watertown, James F. Daly, Ferandina, Fla., and Dennis J. Daly on the home farm, Winthrop. A son, Cornelius J. Daly (50) passed away, on 2/23/1940, at Waterbury, Conn,
Several grandchildren also survive her.
Interment made in the family lot at St. Patrick's cemetery.
