Mrs. Fisher was born in Hannah, SC a daughter of the late Jutson and Molly Cooper Baggett. She was a retired cook from the Hemingway School System. She was a member of Hemingway Pentecostal Holiness Church. She enjoyed gospel singing, gardening and visiting others whom were shut in.
She was predeceased by a son, Teddy Fisher; brothers, Harry Baggett, Clifford Baggett, Mack Baggett, Vernon Baggett and a sister, Helon Gerald.
