Mary F. Walsh, 98, of West Sayville died Sunday, November 20 in Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center, East Patchogue, after a long illness.
Born in Brooklyn, Mrs. Walsh had lived in West Sayville for 26 years. She was predeceased by her husband Willard in 1944.
Mrs. Walsh is survived by three sons, Willard A. of East Islip, Gerard J. of West Sayville, and Vincent A. of West Sayville; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends visited on Monday and Tuesday in the Raynor % D'Andrea Funeral Home, West Sayville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today (Wednesday) at 10AM in St. Lawrence R.C. Church, Sayville. The interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.
