She was preceded in death by her husband: Claude Hansford Sinclair on May 28, 1960 She later married Ray Keltner who preceded her in death on April 7, 2000.
She was preceded in death by a son Philip Sinclair on September 4, 1995; two brother: Stanton Murrell and Seymon Murrell; and two sisters, Avis Murrell and Agnes Murrell.
Mrs. Keltner is survived by the following:
One daughter: Claudette Lowhorn of Albany, KY
One brother: Joe Murrell of Louisville, KY
Two sisters: Yvonne Gibson of Louisville, KY; and Annette Scott of Louisville, KY
Five grandchildren: Sherri Berger, Tommy Patton, Melissa Rooks, Sonya Absher, April Rooks
Fourteen great grandchildren
And eight great great grandchildren
