The funeral was held at the home of Mrs. Bennett, with whom he had been living for a few years past, conducted by Rev. Hicks, and the remains were laid to rest at Woodlawn cemetery.
Mr. Crouch was a nice quiet old gentleman and had made many friends during his sojourn here. His death was due to no particular illness. The machinery, which kept the spark of life ignited, had run down and his spirit took the flight to the One who gave it.
