Dreama Grogan Proffit, 52, of the Low Gap Road, Princeton passed away Friday, November 25, 2011 at her residence after with fighting a courageous battle with cancer. Born April 6, 1959 in Princeton, she was the daughter of Norma Grogan of Princeton and the late Harlan Grogan. Dreama was educated in Princeton and attended Princeton High School. She was a former employee of Shoney's of Princeton and Service Cleaners on Mercer Street in Princeton. Dreama enjoyed working with flowers, making arrangements and designing, she was very devoted to her family. She was a dream come true. Left to cherish her memory, her mother Norma Grogan, Her husband of 28 years, Johnny Proffit, daughter, Andrea Proffit and son Eric Proffit, Two sisters; Lisa Grogan and Harlena Pennington & husband Carl all of Princeton. Funeral services will be held 1:00P.M. Saturday, December 3, 2011 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Bruce Hagy of the Grapefield Church of God officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Princeton. Friends are invited to visit at the funeral home on Friday from 6 until 8 PM.
