Leaving her homeland of Spain and family members behind Rosaura Garcia Alvarez embarked with her husband and two young children on an arduous journey to a new country. Not knowing the language and what was in store at this new home they came with hope of a new life. Arriving in America they made their home in Florida and with hard work and asking nothing of government aide, they raised three children. Not rich and not poor they made their way through life and the required first death. Now Rosaura and Antonio walk peacefully hand in hand in a world that only God's people will know.

"GOD SAW"

God saw you were getting tired,
and the cure was not to be,
So he pot his arms around you,
And whispered "Come to Me"
With tearful eyes we watched you,
And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay,
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.
