"David, William 'Bill'

The death occurred of William 'Bill' David, 87, on January 27, 2006, peacefully at his home on Hunter's Bay Drive, Huntsville, with labs Boomer and Lady at his side.

The deceased was born in Lachine, Quebec on August 9, 1918.

He was long-time companion to Dorothy Traves.

Mr. David is survived by one son and two daughters, Keith (Lorrie) Traves of Listowel, Linda (Alan) Allemano of Washago and Kathy Sheridan of Huntsville.

Fondly remembered by grandchildren Chancey, Adam and Aleisha Traves, Kristen and Justin Allemano and Christopher and Ashley Stenabaugh. Also survived by great-granddaughter Paige.

Funeral service was conducted by Reverend Derek Shelly at Billingsley Funeral Home on January 30, 2006.

Spring Interment at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers were grandsons Adam Traves, Justin Allemano and Christopher Stenabaugh, Al Thorpe, Roger Fisher and Charlie Beatty.

Granddaughter Ashley Stenabaugh created pictoral memory boards of Grampa's life.

Granddaughter Kristen Allemano played guitar and sang the music for Grampa Bill's funeral service.

Bill was an avid gardener. Friends and neighbours enjoyed the harvest of his garden.

Bill's memory will live on in his hand-crafted cedar chests."
