Mrs. Mary Jane Reed, daughter of Dennis and Nancy Pullen, was born Jan. 2, 1832, in Union County, Ind., and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Kate Saunders, in New Boston at 7:15 o'clock Tuesday evening, Aug. 22, 1911. Mrs. Reed while walking up the street, was stricken with paralysis, fell and severely injured her head. She lived about three hours."
