HOOKER, ARTHUR F. - 91 of Rosedale Ave., Loudon, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2012 at the Loudon Health Care Center. Arthur was a retired employee of Chrysler Corp. and owner/operator of Service Cab for over 30 years. He was a veteran of the Army and member of Loudon Church of the Nazarene. Preceded in death by wife, Trula Thompson Hooker; daughter, Donna Arp; parents, Horace and Alice Craig Hooker; sister, Ethel Snow. Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Jean Hooker; daughter, Carolyn Nichols, Loudon; six grandchildren, Brian Nichols, Kelli Montooth, Kristi Ferguson, Leslie Lindsey,Carrie Arp, Charlie Arp, Kim Shell, Charlie Hooker; ten great grandchildren; sisters, Fredia Buckner and Kathrine Patt, Loudon, Polly Wampler and husband Jack of Winchester, VA; nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, Loudon Funeral Home, with Funeral Services at 3:00 p.m. Sunday. Rev. Gene Russell offici ating. Eulogies by Brian Nichols and Leslie Lindsey. Interment Steekee Cemetery. Arrangements by Loudon Funeral Home
