Mr. Sydney Berman, age 84, of Atlanta died January 28, 2004. He retired from the Army as a major. Mr. Berman was preceded in death by his wife Gladys Berman. Survivors include his daughter, Susan LaFrance and husband, Robert, Perry, FL; daughter, Marjorie Berman and husband Ed Cook, Atlanta; grandsons, Ben Cook, Sam Cook, Isaiah Krepchin and granddaughter, Ilana Krepchin. Graveside services will be held Sunday, February 1, 2004 at 1:30 pm at Arlington Memorial Park. Rabbi Mark Zimmerman officiating.
