Mrs. Mary Alkire Luark of Evans dies early Thursday at Weld County General hospital where she had been a patient for five days. She was a life long resident of Weld County having lived most of her life east of Evans.
She was born at Severance July 20, 1895 and was married to James Sidney Luark in Greeley on September 13, 1911. Her husband, James, died May 12, 1957.
She was a member of the First Christian church of Windsor.
Surviving is her son Hugh W Luark of Greeley, two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Crawford of Evans and Mrs. Connie Mueller of Greeley, 21 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Private funeral services were held in the Adamson Memorial Chapel.
