Mai Toi #1 was a sealpoint siamese. She was 12 weeks old when given to us by a friend, who named her. It took 3 days before she would eat anything, or come near us. She became the most affectionate cat after she gained our trust. She loved to nap on our laps, and got along well with all the other family pets. Mai Toi had to be given away when the family moved west in 1981. It was sure hard to part with 3 of our beloved kitties when the family made the move. She made a dear older lady very happy to have company. Mai Toi made herself at home, and went to sleep right away in a laundry basket filled with folded clothes. We knew she would be ok with this lady who loved cats. We lost touch after time, but we know Mai Toi was in good hands. Love and miss you dear Mai Toi. We think about you often.
