To this union were born seven children, two of whom died in infancy, and one son. Chas. Reuben Carr, who passed from this life, March 11, 1923, in the state of Washington.

Inscription

There is not a stone marking William's, his children nor his wife's graves. I do not believe there ever was originally. They came to Barron County between 1882-1884 when Prairie Farm was no more than a Forest. They are buried in the Carr Lot (next to the Wycoff Lot. His Brother has a marker (Clayton) and his sister had a marker (Martha Jane Wycoff)
