**I had wrong marriage info which was clarified with this SAC:
They were not married in Monroe County, Missouri. According to Virginia Colonial Abstracts, Vol. III; Originally published between 1937 to 1949, John Stalcup and Rachel Galahon were married in Washington County, Virginia on the 28th of January 1820.
This makes sense as their first child William was born in Virginia 1821 not in Missouri.
