H. C. Beal Funeral To Be Held Today

Funeral services for H. C. Beal, 74, former Colorado, Texas ranchman, who died at his home, 2719 Waits Avenue, Saturday night, will be held this afternoon in Colorado, Texas. Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery.

Beal, a native of Milam County was married to Mary Rebecca Stoneham in 1878 and moved to Colorado, Texas in 1885 to engage in the cattle business. He moved to Fort Worth in 1916 but continued to operate ranches in Colorado and Stanton.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, H. S. and Ralph Beal of Colorado, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. D. H. Snyder of Colorado, Texas, Mrs. John Arnett of Littlefield, Texas and Mrs. L. B. Slauter of Fort Worth, Texas; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
