Mrs. Frank Wells
Mrs. Frank Wells of 312 East Hanover Street died at 10:15 o'clock this morning. She was at her home at the time of her death. Mrs. Wells was seriously ill for the past week. The body is at the Court Funeral home pending funeral arrangements, which will be published Monday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Maude G. (Brooks) Wells, 312 East Hanover Street, who died at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, after being seriously ill for the past week, will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from the Court funeral home,with the Rev. Warren E. Brown of Brooks Memorial church officiating. Interment will follow in the family plot in Oakridge cemetery.
Mrs. Wells, who had been ill since December, was born Jan. 23, 1876 in Clarendon township, the daughter of Charles Livingston and Jeannette Brooks. She had lived all her life in this vicinity.
On December 12, 1897, she married Frank Wells in Tekonsha. She was a member of the Women's Relief Corps.
Surviving besides her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Harold Ruddock of Marshall and Mrs. Elwyn Earl of Battle Creek; eight grandchildren and three great granddaughters; three brothers, Zedock and Oscar Brooks of Alton, Michigan, Joseph Brooks of Gaylord; several nieces and nephews.
