Mary Fannie Spain, 84, died early today in her home after a lingering illness.
A lifelong resident of Greene County, she was a member of College Street Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lockie Geisler, and Mrs. Erma Van Bebbler; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Johnson, Mrs. Maggie McPherson, and Mrs. Ida Byrd; one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
