Mrs. B. B. FRANKLIN Dies At Potosi; Rites Set Saturday

Mrs. B. B. FRANKLIN, 70, died at 4 a.m. Thursday in her farm home four miles east of Potosi community.

Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Elliott's Chapel with Jack HUTTON, minister of the Palm St. Church of Christ in Abilene, officiating. Burial will be in Potosi Cemetery under direction of Elliott's Funeral Home.

Mrs. FRANKLIN was a resident of the Taylor County area since 1906. She had lived near Potosi since 1906. She had lived near the Potosi community for 34 years.

She was born Francis Pearl USSERY in Bell County on June 29, 1884. She was a member of the Locust St. Church of Christ in Abilene.

Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Mrs. C. P. TURNER of San Angelo, Mrs. Frank MUNROE of Clyde, Mrs. B. UNDERWOOD of Hobbs, N.M., and Mrs. Elmer HOLLINGSHEAD of Potosi; seven sons, Ira FRANKLIN of Pasadena, Calif., Gene and Harry FRANKLIN, both of Potosi and Reed, Jack, B. D. and L. R. FRANKLN, all of Abilene; three sisters, and one brother, address unknown; and 25 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
