ELDRIDGE — Sharon K. Bowers, 67, of Eldridge, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at Clarissa Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, after a courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
Burial in Davenport Memorial Park.
Sharon was born August 14, 1944, in Davenport, the daughter of Chester and Ruth F. (Leedom) Williams. She was united in marriage to Richard Bowers on March 7, 1975, in Davenport. She worked as an office manager for her husband's business, Richard A. Bowers Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. She loved to golf, go to the casinos and especially spend time with her granddaughters, Taylor and Kaylee. She also loved walking her three dogs, Cassie, Molly and Murphy, every day.
