Egypt was a beautiful Siberian husky, with one blue eye and one brown. She was given to us by a neighbor in NY, in 1979, at the age of 11 months. We moved to Nevada in 1981. Egypt adapted to the warmer weather nicely. She was an indoor dog, and got along well with the other pets. She loved to sing, howling with a high pitch. Egypt amazingly started to say "hello Momma" when she tried to sing one day, and said it on command. Have it on video tape. She even taught it to the dog across the street. Egypt broke both back legs in 1982 while running, and had casts on them. We had to make a sling for her to walk. Her hips were weak and arthritis set in. She managed very well in spite of her health problems. Egypt passed away from a weak heart and arthritis at the age of 12. Bobby took her for her last ride to the Vet. He came back dragging her pink blanket, and stayed in his room for hours after. They are both in heaven together, and I know my son is caring for her, plus all our other pets. Love and miss you to this day, Egypt....
