Mai Toi was a sivlerpoint siamese, loving sister of Rikki Tikki Tavi. They were inseparable since birth. She had the most expressive eyes, and felt like a baby held in your arms. If Rikki was at one end of the house, she would call him to her, and he ran fast! She had him trained. She loved to bask in the sunlight with her brother. Mai Toi always stayed in bed with anyone that was ill, until they were well again. In fact, all our animals did that. She was a sweetheart! Mai Toi passed away from kidney failure, and her brother Rikki was brokenhearted. He never came out of his grief. Both beautiful cats are buried side by side, and always have roses there.
