Youngest child of Eliphalet Pease 1749 - 1810 and Molly Pike 1756 - 1829. Mark Pease was a veteran of the War of 1812. First married Nancy Barker who died in 1822, then her sister Sarah Barker who died in 1827. His third wife was Rhoda Allen Sawtelle, widow of David Sawtelle.
