Nick Minzghor, father of Matt Minzghor, died at the home of his son here Sunday. Mr. Minzghor was born in Ohio in 1849 and came to the Northwest early in life, engaging in the contracting business in Ashland, Wisconsin and at Hibbing and Eveleth. For the past seven years he had made his home with his son Matt at Cass Lake. He is survived by his sons, Matt of Cass Lake; Nick at Seattle, Mrs. Annie Englerth at Oaks, ND and Mrs. Milo Cooper and Mrs. Maude Muerulmann of Chicago. The funeral was held Tuesday and Interment made in Pine Grove Cemetery. (Cass Lake Times, July 16, 1936)
