Edith L. Arnold, 100, formerly of Marion, Springville and Ryan, died Monday morning, Oct. 3, 1994, in the Good Neighbor Home, Manchester, after brief illness. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Shelly Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today. The Rev. Donald Dovre of Peace Lutheran Church, Ryan, will officiate. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.

Survivors include a daughter, Doris Thomas of Marion; a son, Milton of Marion; and a sister, Iva O'Dell of Manchester.
