Jaclyn Heather Thompson was born August 10, 1983 in Payson, Utah and left this earth to join her precious baby Zariah on January 21, 2012.

She is survived by her babies, Zeke and Zemicha; their father and her best friend, Max Etienne; her parents, Trina and Jeff Perry, and Blake Thompson; her sisters, Jaycee (Justin) Johnson, Dani Thompson, Amberly and Elizabeth Perry; and brothers, Josh (Callie) Thompson, and Nick Thompson; grandparents, David and Hazel Perry; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and great friends who she loved with all her heart and made family.

Jacki was raised in Provo, Orem and Spanish Fork, Utah. She graduated from Spanish Fork High School and attended college for accounting. She worked for awhile for the Provo School District, and loved working with the kids every day.

According to her family, she waited forever to have her own children, but finally she welcomed Zariah Lynn Etienne, who was unfortunately taken from her 2 ½ months later by the cancer she was born with. She later had Zeke (3) and Zemicha (1) and they were her whole world as she chose to be a stay at home Mommy to them.

Jacki was always the life of the party. She filled our lives with her laughter and infectious smile. She loved a good joke even if it was being played on her. She loved her nieces and nephews and they loved being around her because she was more like a kid than an adult and they could relate and talk to her.

Jacki learned early in life that she had a debilitating disease that would make her life very hard one day, but she didn't let it get her down and always looked for the positives around her, taking it all in stride with a positive attitude.

Although we all feel a tremendous loss in our lives, we know Jacki is holding her sweet baby Zariah, who is healthy and able to play with her Mama, and is so happy to be there.

There will be a viewing for Jacki on Thursday, January 26, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah and also on Friday, January 27, 2012 at the funeral home from 12:45-1:45 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up at Zions Bank in Jacki's name to help with her funeral expenses and the care of her precious babies.
