EVANSVILLE - Mrs. Ardith Bradley, 64, of Route 2, died Tuesday at home following an apparent heart attack.

Born April 21, 1971, in Milton, the former Ardith Hurley, married Franklin Bradley on Dec. 24, 1939, in Madison.

A 1938 graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a B. S. degree in home economics, Mrs. Bradley taught school three years in Middleton and 14 years in Evansville.

She was a 31-year resident of Evansville and a member of Congregational United Church of Christ, Evansville Literary Club and the White Star Community and Homemakers Clubs. She was a Rock County 4-H leader and served on the Rock County 4-H Fair Board.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Candice Durdin of Glenbeulah, and Kathleen Rutledge of Cheyenne, Wyo.; a son, Joe of Evansville; 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Stevenson of Darlington, and Candice Hurley of Madison; and a brother, Robert Hurley of Madison.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Evansville United Church of Christ, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Somers, at 3:30 p.m.
