ODESSA - Mariam St. Clair Davis, 96, of Odessa, died Tuesday, Feb. 10.
Interment will be at 3 p.m. today, Feb. 13, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Lipan, Texas, with Steve Jackson officiating.
She was born July 24, 1907, in Lipan to James William and Nancy Jane Elizabeth St. Clair. She married Marvin Davis Dec. 24, 1922, in Lipan. She was a seamstress for the Model Shop, JoAnn Shop and Bealls until she retired in 1983. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother.
She is survived by three sons, James Davis of Midland, Billy Wayne Davis and S.M. Davis, both of Odessa; daughters, Verda Burns of Irving and Gail Teegarden of Marble Falls; brother, Odis St. Clair of Mineral Wells; sisters, Jimmie Matney of Lipan and Lydia Harris of Weatherford; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice House.
Services under the direction of Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
