Mr Redmond was retired from Robins AirForce Base and the Middle Georgia Regional Library A native of Columbus GA he had resided in Macon most of his life and was a mem ber of Porterfield Baptist Church He served in the US Army during World War II receiving the Bronze Star for Heroism as a result of his tour in Anzio Italy Survivors include his wife Marian Redmond of Macon sons Alan Redmond and Lem Redmond of Macon daughters in law Lynne Redmond and Sunny Red mond of Macon grandsons Robby Redmond and Kyle Redmond of Macon broth ers TJ Redmond Bill Red mond Bobby Redmond of Columbus GA and GW Redmond of Marietta GA several nieces and nephews Donations may be made to the Porterfield Baptist Church Building und 2910 Allen Road Macon GA 31216 and orest Hills United Methodist Church Building und 1217 orest Hills Road Macon GA 31210 The family will receive friends at 1474 Westbury Drive Macon GA this evening from 7x)0 to 9:00 pm Phenix CityAL
