She ws born on Dec. 12, 1925, in Pittsburgh, Pa., and was a daughter of the late Elmer Edward and Mozetta Hellen Campbell.
Her husband Paul Bernard Bailey, died on May 10, 1996.
She is survived by four sons, Martin Joseph Bailey, John Wayne Bailey, Richard Dale Groves and John Douglas Groves, all of Maryland; five daughters, Beverly Lee Bailey, Ethel Roxanna Winchester, Linda Paulette Phillips, Deborah Ann Batcher and Eilleen Marie Ayers, all of Maryland; five sisters, Betty Homsey of Maryland, Annette Alger of West Virginia, Stella Lulabell Campbell and Brenda Breeden, both of Stanley, and Irene Jenkins of Luray; four brothers, Kenneth L. Campbell of Colorado and Jack T., Robert W. and Ernest E. Campbell, all of Stanley; 21 grandchildren; 18 great-granchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Michael J. and Edward Gary Groves; four sisters, Florence Campbell, Patsy McCoy, Dorothy Campbell and Edith E. Adams; and three brothers, Elmer E. Arthur L. and George B. Campbell.
Burial was in the Oak Lawn Cemetery in Dundalk, Md.
