Ruth Williamson, 72, a lifelong resident of Linn county, died Saturday, March 26, 1977, at an Iowa City hospital. She was born June 5, 1904, at Central City. She was a member of the United Methodist church.
Surviving are a brother, Ira Kearns of Davenport, and two sisters, Peg Cropp of Cedar Rapids and Maxine Stanley of Cross Lake, Minnesota.
Services were held Monday at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist church in Central City by Rev. Duane Manning. Burial was in Mt. Clark Cemetery. Murdoch chapel in Central City was in charge of the services.
