CLIFTON - Mildred Pauline Paquette, 87, died Monday, June 29, 2009. She was born Feb. 4, 1922, in Miltonvale to Herman and Ethel (Drown) Zahn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William, in 1994; a sister; and twin grandsons.
Survivors include sons, Larry (Ligia), of Junction City, and Lonnie (Jean), of Manhattan; daughter, Lana Mellies, of Clay Center; sister, Katherine Castor, of Wichita; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 2, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clay Center. Visitation will be from 3 to 7:30 p.m. today, with a rosary recited at 7:30. Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
