Frank Norval Jack Brookins married Dora Ward in 1925. They later divorced, and Frank married Jeanne in 1948.

Frank N. Brookins. Beloved son of Mrs. Bertha Brookins, Middletown. Husband of Jeanne M. Brookins, Virginia. Dearly beloved father of Glad Goodman of Torrence, Sargant Major Melvin Brookins, United States Army, Alabama, Dixie Woodson, Petaluma, Opal Rose, Sun Valley, Nevada; Chantal, Sharon, Candy and Johnny Brookins all at Windsor, Jacky Brookins, Middletown and Brenda Brookins, Virginia. Loving brother of Roy Brookins, Middletown, Dick and Edwin Brookins, both of Sacramento, Robert Brookins, Georgetown, Maud Ward, Windsor, Ethel Wells, Sacramento, Helen Prath, Santa Rosa and Ida Rannels, Middletown. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A member of the Native Sons, Lower Lake, The Guenoc Grange, Middletown and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Windsor. A native of Lower Lake, California. Age 61 years.
Friends are invited to attend services on Monday, February 27, 1967, at 1 P.M. from the Middletown Community Church with the Rev. James Haggart Officiating. Interment Middletown Cemetery. Friends may call at the Weiti Chapel of the Roses until Sunday February 26 at 9 P.M.
