Lucy Mae (Bidlack) Corey, 83, daughter of (the late) Floyd and Pauline Bidlack of Litchfield, died peacefully Tuesday, after a lengthy illness.
Lucy would have been 84 on January 28.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Rought (and wife Joann) of Canton, Pa., and Randy Rought (and wife Bonnie) of Elizabeth, Colo.; four granddaughters, Heather, Jennifer, Erin and Tamara and their husbands; scores of great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Phoebe Keeney, Wilma Freeman, and Harvalee Dimon.
Lucy was preceded in death by her brother, Floyd Bidlack Jr, and her husband, Victor Corey.
Lucy was a long-time Bradford County resident and a 1948 Athens High School graduate. Some of her favorite pastimes were crafts, reading, and clipping articles from the local papers, of which her favorite subjects were poetry and Bradford County history.
Amemorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2012 at the Litchfield Methodist Church, Litchfield, Pa
