Born in Coolspring,a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Charles Hickox.
She was married to Orin Neal,who preceded her in death.She was a sister to:
~ Mrs. Evelyn Zeitler,of Indiana,who survived her.
Elizabeth spent most of her life living in Reynoldsville, where she retains a home and in Frostburg,Coolspring and on the Neal farm near town. After her marriage she lived on the Neal farm near town which was one of the best in the state and which was owned by her son,Jack Neal.
She was the mother of these known surviving children:
~ Mrs. David Carrick of Rockland Avenue in Punxsutawney;
~ Jack Neal, of near town,
~ Mrs. C. M. Capper,of Washington,D.C.,with whom she was living at the time of her death.
And also by four grandchildren.
She was 82 years of age and was well known thru out this district where her death will be met sorrow.
Her body was brought to the home of her son where funeral services were held and interment was made in the family plot in Oliveburg.
