Okey C. Dunham, 80, who resided with his son, Howard S. Dunham, 2316 Liberty St., died Thursday in St. Joseph's hospital following an extended illness.
Mr. Dunham was born at Volcano, July 16, 1875, and had been a resident of the Parkersburg area his entire life.
He was a member of the Baptist church and was a carpenter by occupation. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Norma Griffin of Belpre; two sons, Carl C. Dunham of Richmond, Va., and Howard S. at whose home he died; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Conley of Columbus, Ohio., and Mrs. Alice Guthrie of Glendale, W. Va. Two brothers, Charles Dunham of Morgantown and Arthur Dunham of Akron, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday from Ogdin funeral home with the Rev. T.B. Turley officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
