Isabella Hearst was born the 28th of March 1806, the daughter of Joseph Hearst and the former Miss Jane Pressly from Cedar Springs area of South Carolina.
Isabella married George W. Pressly, the son of David Pressly and the former Miss Jane Patterson. Together they had eight children.
Mrs. Isabella Pressly, wife of Dr. George W. Pressly, died in Troy in the Abbeville District, of South Carolina on November 30, 1858, aged 52 years, 8 months and 2 days. Several children preceded Mrs. Pressly to the tomb, but three survive her whom she had the satisfaction of seeing following her footsteps as members of the Cedar Spring A.R.P. Church.
