WILLIAM CURTIS "BILL" DOLL, age 48, of 360 Dryden-Harford Road, Dryden, NY died Wednesday, Sep. 5th, 2007 at his residence after a one year battle with cancer.

Bill was born October 16, 1958 in Cortland a son of John L. and Ruth Streeter Doll of Dryden. Bill was graduated from Dryden High School in 1976 and attended TC3 and Colorado State University Culinary School. After returning to Dryden he was a builder and caterer. On June 28, 1997 he was married to the former Tina Kinsman. Skilled in all building trades, Bill was well known and had a host of friends who were always welcome to stop in for a visit at home. Bill and Tina always sought out light houses whenever traveling. He enjoyed reading, skiing, hunting, fishing, camping and helping his family and friends enjoy life on the hill.

Survivors include his parents, John and Ruth Doll; his wife, Tina Kinsman Doll all of Dryden; his brother, John I. (Jill) Doll of Greene; his sisters, Peggy (Sean) Kincaid of Newfield and Nancy (Douglas) Haner of Candor; his mother and father-in-law, Jack and Alice Kinsman of Freeville; his friend, "Bucky" Morehouse; aunts; uncles; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law and best friend, Kevin Kinsman.

A celebration of Bill's life will be held at 12 PM, Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007 at the Perkins Funeral Home. Rev. Dale Austin will officiate. Friends are invited to call from 10 to 12 PM Saturday at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden. On Sunday, Sept. 9th there will be a benefit for Bill at the Dryden Veterans Memorial Home, 2272 Dryden Rd., Dryden, NY.
