JESSE WILLIAM HUTCHENS
---Jesse William Hutchens, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Hutchens, was born in Moultrie County, Illinois February 17, 1889 and died December 25, 1909. He was a patient sufferer through a siege of typhoid fever.
---On September 20, 1902 he was converted and united with the Wilsontown church and since that time had been a member. He died in strong faith and spoke to the ones who stood by his bed of the beautiful world he saw and told them he was ready to go for he was praying.
---The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Lewis Hale at Wilsontown December 27, at 11:00, to a large crowd of friends.
---He leaves a father, mother, four sisters and three brothers who were all present at the funeral to pay their last respect and await the resurrection. Burial was in the Wilsontown cemetery.
