Omer O. Fagan 34 of Rt. 12, died in St. Elizabeth Hospital at 3:55 a.m. Tuesday. He had been ill since last July and a patient in the hospital since Sept 13.
Born in Lafayette he spent his life in this community and worked in the aluminum plant for 13 years before his illness. He previously served an enlistment in the Air Force and was married to Jo Anne McCord in 1947. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and the aluminum workers union.
Surviving with the widow are two daughters Lucinda Ann and Pamela Jo Anne and a son Dennis D. all at home. His father Virgil Fagan of Rt. 12 and his mother Mrs. Muza Ayres of Morgantown.
