In 1980 John B Smith and wife Eula went to the old home place, the house is long gone they said, another has been built in its place. But their private graveyard is still out back of the garden, his tombstone and that of his wife and several more graves are there, some graves over 100 years old. John B Smith is a grandson of Gilbert Howell's daughter Nancy Josephine Nola" Howell SMITH.
