Ocgee Deville, 86, of Ville Platte, died Monday afternoon at his residence following a short illness.
He is survived by his wife, the former Ada Fontenot of Ville Platte; five sons, Unel Deville, Elric Deville and Gilrick Deville, all of Ville Platte, Ellis Deville of Pineville and Berkman Deville of Arcadia; one sister, Mrs. Edith P. Deville of Lake Arthur, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. today (January 11, 1972) in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial was to be in the Old Ville Platte cemetery under direction of Ardoin's
