Tennessee Colony, May 11.-Died, at her home near Tennessee Colony, May 4th, Mrs. Nettie Galloway. The life and death of this good woman deserves more than a passing notice. She was the daughter of M. L. Taylor, recently deceased, and the wife of M. W. Galloway, and the mother of one sweet little girl, 7 years old.
Mrs. Galloway was 32 years, two months and eighteen days old. She joined the Missionary Baptist church early in life, and her consecration to her faith had surely robbed death of its sting or the grave of its victory.
Farewell, dear Nettie. May we so live that we will meet you over there "where the wicked cease to trouble and the weary are at rest"-that sweet rest that "remaineth for the people of God."
