Stella G. Adams, 87, of 414 N. Main St, Covington, died at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Dettmer Hospital.
Born March 13, 1896, in Miami County, she was the daughter of Monroe and Mattie Conway Alexander.
She was a member of the United Church of Christ for 60 years. She was a member of Covington O.E.S. No. 275.
Surviving are her husband, Lawrence; a son, James, Covington; two daughters, Mrs Frank Miller Jr (Jane), Covington, and Mrs Kenneth Fourman (Kathleen), Springfield; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Two sisters and three brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Bridges-Stocker Funeral Home, 160 N. High St, Covington, with the Rev Henry Reinewald officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. O.E.S. services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
