Dorothy Marie Combe
Dorothy Marie Combe, daughter of Emil and Mattie Combe, was born December 29, 1907 at Hamburg. She died at the Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, Monday, November 7, 1960. She has been a patient there since June 28. She grew to womanhood in Hamburg.
On December 7, 1942 she was united in marriage at Rock Port to Orland Yarger of Massena.
Survivors are her husband Orland Yarger, a step-daughter, Mrs. Merl E. Thompson of Omaha, her mother, Mrs. Mattie Combe, a sister Mrs. Alma Briggs, a brother, Merle Combe, all of Hamburg. Seven step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her father preceded her in death.
Burial was Thursday, November 10 at Massena Center Cemetery, after services at the Massena Methodist Church, at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. Carl A. Crouse was in charge.
