Mrs. Ben Louret, 62, of Plymouth, died Wednesday evening at Rocky Knoll Sanatorium and Hospital. She had been in failing health for two years.

The former Agnes Halstead, she was born at Sturgeon Bay May 17, 1899, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Halstead. She was graduated from Plymouth High School and taught school at Cedar Grove and New Prospect in Fond du Lac.

She was married to Ben Louret at Chilton June 14, 1923. They lived in Plymouth from the time of their marriage to 1951 when they moved to Dallas, Tex. They returned to Plymouth in 1960.

Mrs. Louret was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Plymouth.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Elmer (Virginia) Versch, Plymouth, and Mrs. William (Bernice) Dusek, San Diego, Calif.; Three sisters, Mrs. George Piper, Adell, Mrs. Rud Zimmer, Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Dan Ulrich, Milwaukee; a brother, James Halstead, San Antonio, Tex., and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Episcopal Church at 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Edgar Wells officiating. Burial will be in the Hingham Cemetery.
