FRANKLIN R. CALDWELL, 70, of Riverview, died Monday. He had lived in the bay area since 1918, coming from New York. An electrician for I.B.E.W. Local No. 915, he was a member of Wimauma Faith Tabernacle, DeSoto Lodge No. 105 F.&A.M., York Scottish Rite, Salaam Temple Shrine of Livingston, NJ., U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Greater Tampa Showmen's Association and International Independent Show-men's Association of Gibsonton. He is survived by his wife, Mary; a son, Daniel "Juno" of White Salmon, Wash.; a daughter, Ilima Weston of Deltona; two brothers, Malcolm J. of Riverview and Verne M. of Dodgeville, Miss.; two sisters, Norma L. Caldwell of Riverview and Muriel Knight of St. Petersburg; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
